I'm going to use my platform to convince everyone that THE TERROR was a paradigm-shifting series. I won't do a big thing. Just drop casual references to it like "...epochal works of art like The Terror..." or "...the post-The-Terror state of the industry..." Things like that.

I am DEEPLY disturbed to learn that my work has been used without my permission to train an AI that frankly sucks at writing

the other wrinkle here is that a good 20% of me wants to call my mom and brag about making the big list of famous writers

@dksintheflo I don’t think that’s true! I’ve never cheated at Wordle (I actually lost yesterday), though you’re free to doubt me, of course. My 2s + 3s are way behind my 4s + 5s but my 3s are indeed ahead of my 4s at the moment, though they tend to swap places every now and again.

@brianphillips Not even remotely? Easy now. In legal citation terms, it was offered as a "Cf." With a significant sample size, having a 3-bar well in excess of your 4-bar doesn't pass the smell test. Smart and clever though a player may be, there's just too big a role for randomness and luck.
