@briansmith2007 Brian owing to bad back issues I've not been to keep fit classes for 3 months. Going back end of Feb, it will bloody kill me 😂 So, you do it, you'll feel so fab when you do. Best of luck 👍

Hello everyone. Tomorrow I am thinking about going for a run i have not been for a run in 7 months i do have my running gear out .but I may do what I have done for the last 7 months and not go for a run.down 2 bad motivation

@briansmith2007 You can do it! A mile will work. Heck, walk then run a bit. Start from scratch. 15 years of me running this year and I have been run/walk quite a bit. Not happy about it, but that's what this running period of my life is about. Good Luck, I know you can do it! 💪🏼🏃🏼‍♂️

Ah i havent seen the mistake but regardless that must fucking suck. West Ham in a steaming pile of horse shit but as fans you gotta get behind this lad especially. Academy graduate who genuinely loves the club. Disgraceful nobody’s gone and given him a hug though

Thinking of those we loved and lost, my mum told me this story—one of her favourite Christmas memories. As a kid, she wanted to join the school hockey team, but didn’t have a stick. By chance, she met my grandparents in the town. My grandad (a keen runner) had developed a limp which he explained as a running injury. Seemed plausible. The limp persisted until Christmas morning when my mum woke to a wrapped hockey stick under the tree. Turns out he’d hidden the stick up his trouser leg that day in town so my mum wouldn’t see. What a man.

Can’t believe the news about Bonzo… One of my heroes growing up and I then had the pleasure of playing with him. An incredible footballer, leader and captain but above all else a very humble and fantastic person. RIP Bill. I will miss you mate ⚒️⚒️
