@alirtariq @Replit Publishing only took a few minutes (assuming you have an Apple Developer account). Review and approval to get us onto test flight took about 8h. And once I get it approved for the App Store I’ll let you know how long that takes.

@rydoyle Tore my Achilles 5 years ago. After a year, I was back to about 80%, but was still sore every day. I'm now about 95%; it's only painful/sore after a day with a lot of activity. Stretching and theragun massage have helped the most for me.

Athletic people who had an Achilles injury (if you know one, share this w them?) A year later, when everything was "better" What did you do to improve that last 20% for pain, flexibility, and strength? Doing massages, yoga, lifts, wondering what else
