Important Announcement from the BribeAi Team 🔵
Dear Community,
After careful consideration it is with a heavy hear that we have made the difficult decision to decommission $BRAI. Despite our best efforts to sustain and grow the project, the current market conditions and the high costs of further development have made it impossible to continue in a way that would provide ongoing value to our holders.
Over time, we have seen a decline in on-chain activity, with less interest in Ethereum launches and a shift in focus to other networks like Solana, which is now also experiencing a drop in activity. We’ve worked tirelessly to support the project, investing over $100,000 in buybacks and running several marketing initiatives. Unfortunately, the combination of slow adoption, low ETH volume, and declining market interest in $BRAI has negatively impacted the project, and the costs of maintaining it are no longer sustainable.
We want to emphasize that we have given everything to make this project a success, and we remain committed to rewarding our community as we transition to the next phase.
🔹 Airdrop ETH to Token Holders
To ensure our active holders are fairly rewarded, we will be airdropping ETH from the treasury. We’ll match the amount of ETH currently in our liquidity pool (7.58 ETH) and add an additional 1.50 ETH, for a total of 9.08ETH that will be distributed to the eligible holders.
A snapshot of the $BRAI holders was taken at block 22015717 (Mar-10-2025 09:56:23 AM +UTC), and those included will be eligible for the airdrop. Note that buying/selling $BRAI after this communication went live will have no impact on the airdrop.
📍Holders with 10,000+ $BRAI: You will automatically receive the airdrop — no action required.
📍Holders with less than 10,000 $BRAI: You must fill out a form to claim your share. This ensures the airdrop goes to active holders.
⏳Deadline: You will have 3 weeks to submit the form.
Please note that no late submissions will be accepted after this deadline.

Once the deadline passes, the airdrop will be distributed to all eligible holders.
Based on our calculations, holders with 50,000 $BRAI will receive approximately 0.07 ETH, depending on how many people submit the form.
🔹 BribeAI Bots Will Remain Online
Although the $BRAI token will be decommissioned, BribeAi bots will remain online and free to use until at least December 2025, or as long as there is continued interest and activity. Additionally, we will continue to provide minor maintenance updates to the bots.
Final Thoughts
We understand this is not the outcome many hoped for, neither was it our vision. However, we believe it’s important to be transparent: continuing the token in a meaningful way would require substantial investments, and the market conditions are simply beyond our control. Rather than continue on an unsustainable path, we have decided to focus on maintaining the bots and fairly distributing the remaining funds to our loyal holders.
