Second visit was to Bjørnar og Siw Elgvasslien using an automatic concentrate feeder for his goats, allowing for individual feed allocation. His goats are yielding 780 litres of milk per year, also supplying to TINE

Day 3 of #SmaRTNorway @H2020Smart we visited 2 goat dairy summer farms. First stop was at Hans Bondal's farm supplying milk to TINE and keeping some for cheese making. Goats can graze up to 5km away during the day in summer and will return when called for milking
