The only voting bloc - or rather non-voting bloc - to blame here is 2020 Biden voters who sat this one out. Why did they do that?

Here's what gets me: Trump is on track to get roughly the same amount of votes he got in 2020. Harris, meanwhile, is on track to get somewhere around 12-13 million FEWER votes than Biden got in 2020. THAT'S what made the difference here.
