@bridgendgroup I have already been to your Ayr branch which is the purchase branch and was spoken too on the phone by one of tour staff members who advised me to come back tomorrow, this is unacceptable after spending £7000 on a car with faults that should have been dealt with before the sale

@bridgendgroup so I buy a car from you on the Saturday and discover that 3rd of April (sat) and discover that not only does the aircon clearly need regassed but also the central locking mechanism on the fuel cap door doesn’t work, what happened to pre sales inspection !!!!
