@cathbooth No problem. Sorry it took so long. Was it you that suggested a small design change? If so, we are testing that now, so thanks!

@cathbooth Give the ring a little squeeze (maybe with pliers) and it should go in. Tightening on the bike will squeeze it a lot more.....

@cathbooth Sorry, missed this! Remove the ring altogether, rotate it 90 degrees then reattach. Should then go on fine.
