Club Invention focused on teamwork today by attempting to get themselves and all these materials on the other side of the gym— but the floor is lava. I loved getting to see their ideas and teamwork come together!!

Right now my kiddos are loving ‘Werewolves Don’t Go To Summer Camp’ by @DebbieDadey ! So, on Friday we discussed camping during science. We talked about the living things we may see and all the aspects of camping. Then, my kiddos teamed up to draw their dream camping experience!

Today we watched a firefighter, students, and teachers discuss 9/11 (in grade appropriate terms) in the documentary ‘What Happened on 9/11’ made by HBO. I even learned some things! It’s so important to discuss historical events without scaring the kiddos. Highly recommend!
