@westelm she was never notified of any changes to her order, so all of her furniture is at the dump. This is completely unacceptable and myself and my family will be sure to NEVER shop your company or related companies @WilliamsSonoma & @potterybarn. Do better.

@westelm Can you please provide us with some insight as to how something like this can happen? And can you please explain how she is supposed to wait until December to have any furniture in her living room? A simple phone call could have solved all of this, but unfortunately (4)

@westelm And this is on top of 2 recliners from the same order, which she only chose because they were IN STOCK when we ordered them from the store. She was never notified that those will not be coming until November - originally estimated beginning of August. (3)

@westelm Customer service has been non-existent. Not only did she get a dumpster to throw away her old couch and furniture, she is now being told the couch has to be remade and wouldn’t be delivered until December. She literally does not have furniture. (2)

Guys, don’t shop at @westelm. My mom’s living room furniture currently consists of yoga mats and kitchen chairs due to your clear lack of communication. Please explain how a custom couch disappears? And please explain how she was never notified that it wasn’t being delivered? (1)

@Delta I can see you’re active here. Would love a response since I have called over 20 times and have been hung up on every time due to high call volume and spent 9 hours by my phone waiting for a chat response yesterday.

Nothing but class on @Delta. Was traveling on Monday and when I sat down there was a used waste bag at my seat. When I asked the flight attendant to take it, he responded with “oh so you want ME to touch it?!” That plus misplaced baggage and multiple delays. 🤬🤮 Goodbye!!

@Delta so much for Covid sanitization procedures. Doesn’t get much dirtier than a used waste bag.

@VickiMorrison97 We tried doing delivery service at first but 50% of the items would be out of stock and they’d replace with options double the price. We go to the store once a week now! They only allow 10 people at a time in my local stores.
