Learning through play and exploration! As part of our @OfficialNGSS unit, Ss experimented with a variety of magnets, exploring forces and recording their initial ideas and wonderings!

We celebrated learning and provided our Grade 3 Ss with an authentic opportunity to present their published writing to an audience. We shared our published writing with our Grade 1 buddy classes, while teaching our G1 buddies tips and tricks for using @BookCreatorApp to publish!

Ss celebrated International Women’s Day by learning about inspirational women such as Zhenyi Wang and completing the @womensday inspirational quotes colouring sheets. Ss displayed excitement to share the quotes with the women in their lives #IWD2024 #InspireInclusion

Today our G3 Ss competed in their first team building activity representing their Virtue homeroom. Ss and Ts enjoyed working together to create the longest paper chain! Our winners were Zhi, Ren and Li! #teambuilding #virtuefriday

Through our @OfficialNGSS unit on life cycles the Ss are learning more about our school’s organic garden! Ss learnt why the leaves have bite marks… can you guess which animals have left these marks on our choy sum plant’s leaves? @EdTech_ISF

Cross curriculum collaboration in the making! Ss are collecting data on the growth of their choy sum plant which they planted as part of their @OfficialNGSS Guided Discovery unit. Ss will then use the data to make graphs in their Mathematics lessons. @EdTech_ISF

As part of our G3 @OfficialNGSS unit on life cycles we are taking our learning outdoors and providing the Ss with hands on learning from our gardening guru Mr John! Ss enjoying their investigation the life cycle of a choy sun seed! #handsonlearning #ngss @EdTech_ISF
