After Dr. Fauci at yesterday's presser basically said it was irresponsible to recommend hydroxychloroquine for #coronavirus, Dr. #Trump doubles down, dispensing medical advice (he's really great at this stuff, because - remember - his uncle went to MIT ...).

This is a clear assessment of how well the UK government has so far handled the #coronavirus epidemic. It is not a positive assessment. A survey a majority of people said they thought that the govt and @BorisJohnson are doing a good job. They should watch this and think again.

1. The govt strategy on #Coronavirus is more refined than those used in other countries and potentially very effective. But it is also riskier and based on a number of assumptions. They need to be correct, and the measures they introduce need to work when they are supposed to.
