I've had enough of this lung infection now. I have been seriously ill for 3 months now. Im so weak l can hardly do anything without getting breathless

@Pickwickshephrd Yes, but mainly they stare longingly into my eyes, willing me to scratch their chest, or rub their ears, or to understand some other sheepy wish haha

Knee still isn't healed, most I've used it was Saturday with 22,000 steps- I still can't use it other than to walk. If no progress by the start of newt week I'll be canceling my half ultra until next year, risk of trying to regain my fitness levels in time are too high at my age
