I am so disappointed in @BritaUSA. I'm not rich, so I bought this for my 2 teenagers who worry about drinking the tap water at my place. I can't even use it after a few weeks. What a waste of money. 😭

I changed the filter, in case that was it, pressed reset, but nothing is lighting up.

@BritaUSA Hello. Bought a Brita pitcher with stop light feature less than a year ago. Still on 1st filter but filter light completely out and will not reset. Tried new filter. Nothing. Not happy. What should I do?
