Not Guilty - Kelsey Fitzsimmons There is an old saying about Bench Trials and that is: The defense never asks for a bench trial unless they know the outcome ;) Essentially, the judge said without BWC footage, he could not know what happened for sure, leaving him with reasonable doubt. So odd. BWCs are new. Cases were decided for decades without them based on testimony. Anyway, respectful of the Judge's verdict. Tragic case all-around around. I hope Ms. Fitzsimmons takes her second chance and succeeds and that nothing bad happens to her baby or ex.... #KelseyFitzsimmons #verdict

Also he’s very concerned with securing Kelsey’s weapon and making the scene safe after she was shot however he sure wasn’t concerned with securing the weapons when he entered her house? If he would have did his job and secured those weapons as soon as he went in her house, we wouldn’t be here.

I played for this man for 3 years. He came to my wedding and traveled to watch me play in the big leagues many times. He gave me a D1 scholarship when no one else wanted a 5-11 175lb catcher from Florida. He meant more to me than any other coach I’ve ever played for, and that is saying a lot. If it wasn’t for him, I wouldn’t have had the mental toughness, mentality, or grit this game demands of you in order to play at this baseballs highest level. I have a quote I like to tell my players. “If you don’t like it, play better.” The game of baseball is strictly merit based. You have to earn it. Even at the youth level. Ages 12 and below, I’m good with everyone playing and learning the game. Above that age, then you have to earn your spot. There is a point where the player has to choice to work for it, or not. Puberty is the time that it generally happens in my opinion. As a side note, if your kid isn’t the best player when he’s 12, don’t panic. Development takes time, and once puberty hits, the physical change happens quick. RIP Coach Robe.

@SF_investigates @smi15913049 @Max_Gorden Yes, it was the neighbor who’s house she stayed the night, he said he was an attorney and went to check on the house in the early morning hours after LE cleared. He said he found a search warrant on the table that said the search had to do with Nancy Guthrie.

@smi15913049 @Max_Gorden that's what someone else just said also. I was not aware of that. Hopefully the reporter will try to get a copy from David if he still has it. That probable cause affidavit will be huge.

Just interviewed Luke Daley and his mother Mary Chapman Daley. Luke’s car and their home were raided by law enforcement on February 13th in connection to the #NancyGuthrie investigation. Neither was arrested and their lawyer says he’s been unable to see the search warrant.
