Before these sweet boys were born, I spent over 2.5 months on bedrest. I didn’t have enough sick leave left to cover much of a maternity leave. Too many families are in similar situations. Living in a country of abundance, the lack of paid leave is unacceptable. 1/

I'm amazed to learn that when I'm doing my job, talking to people throughout rural Minnesota every day, that half of them don't believe Biden won the election. The mind boggles. These are people who pride themselves on being sensible, practical folk.
