@DanAbraham01 @HMRCcustomers I deregistered for VAT purposes in March this year. But they insist I’m still a registered person. Fortunately I printed a copy of the deregistration certificate, which as a reference number. After numerous emails via there web site, they are now investigating.

@KatyMowat It’s not really about sport any more. It strikes me that it’s about politics, political correctness and business just wrapped up in “sport wrapping paper”. I used to enjoy watching it, but I can’t have it anymore it’s just too cringey.

The BBC have evidently turned their back on megabuck sport like F1, boxing & golf & are championing the women’s version of footie. Racing should fit their narrative of hard work against the odds but SPOTY suggests otherwise. What’s wrong with us? & don’t say the problem is them!

Why do jockeys hang around in the weighing room before being called out, then barley have time to speak to the owners before the bell rings for jockeys to mount? Yet another obvious way racing can improve the owner raceday experience @RSAsyndicates @RacehorseOwners @GBRacing
