@aprilmartin @NealPatterson More than likely these organizations are technically connected and your data is probably available to the physician. What is missing is workflow and process on how to effectively utilize and put into practice.

@aprilmartin @NealPatterson Great thread April and so sorry for your current health situation. There has been a lot of progress in this area over the past 10 years, but my cynical side would say that the interop use case you need is not one that the clinical community have uniformly embraced.
