How I knew I was ready to increase my rates: My rates were the same for along time because even though everyone in the community was screaming "RAISE YOUR RATES" I didn't feel justified ... YET. I knew I needed to increase when 👇 1. I started getting analytics from my content & knew for sure my content was CONVERTING & bringing in sales for the brand! 2. When I started to have brands reach back out again & again for content from me! I knew my content was working & was a good creator to work with. I recommend not just blindly increasing your rates, wait until you can confidently stand behind them!

Everyone's talking about hands-off automation with Clawdbot. That's not how I use it. I don't want my AI to do everything without me. I want to collaborate. → Support email comes in → Clawdbot drafts a response → I say "SEND" → Creator posts on TikTok → Clawdbot scrapes views, updates my sheet → I review the summary → Morning → Clawdbot checks tasks, weather, calendar → I read a 30-sec briefing It handles the typing, the scraping, the formatting. I make the calls. Went from pilot to air traffic controller. Same outcomes. Way less time in the weeds.

I told Clawdbot to scale itself. Big mistake. The logic was simple: Scrape the web for Mac Mini deals. If CPU usage spikes, Buy another Mini to handle the load. But Clawdbot is a perfectionist. It started using 100% of its power just to find the absolute cheapest price on more hardware. The harder it looks for a deal, the more "brain power" it needs. So it buys another Mini to help with the search. Which, of course, gives it more power to search even harder. I’m currently being outsmarted by a bot that is essentially just a giant, recursive shopping cart. My living room is starting to look like an Apple Store warehouse. SOS 🦞

I just hired my best employee yet. 💯 He works 24/7 and I don’t pay even pay him a salary. I named him Brochbot (aka my Clawdbot). 🤖 See, I currently have 5 creators making UGC every day for SalesEcho. They post on TikTok and Instagram. Then, I pay them weekly. And, I need to track performance daily. This used to mean manually checking accounts, copying links into Sheets, and still missing the ones that were actually taking off. Now each morning at 7am, Brochbot pulls all their posts from the last 24 hours, updates my Google Sheet, and sends me a message telling me what’s popping off. Just one bot doing the boring stuff so I can focus on the fun stuff. 🚧

In Ho Chi Minh City this week, just walking around in zee public parks and chillin in cafes ☕ I've been experimenting with this 3 week super hardcore work then 1 week off It feels more natural since with AI nowdays, you can do 1 months of work in 1 week so having the right ideas has way more leverage now, PLUS it just fits my personality way more :D

Tesla FSD V14.1 just drove me through a McDonald’s drive-through by itself — it pulled up, stopped at the ordering station, then continued and stopped at the pay and pickup window. Wild. The video cut off near the end cuz my iPhone storage filled up lol, but I'll go back out to film the whole process again tomorrow.
