The Australian Liberal Nationals Party have said they support Australian military assistance to America against Iran.
They have already been losing votes to nationalist One Nation, but with this I can see their number of seats drop to near zero.
The LNP doesn’t realise Australians want no involvement in wars which are not our own, so I believe our best path forwards is dialogue with Iran, instead of with America or Britain, France and whatever coalition of willing idiots they’re pulling together.
Iran doesn’t care who attacks them, they will strike back just as powerfully. And one might say we have a lot more to lose.
