@BiggyJs I’ve read that Covid indices muscle fatigue similar to ME, due to the disease restricting blood flow to capillaries in the muscles. May also be why you’re feeling greater exertion when you ride? We know so little about Covid.

It’s taken a long, long while, but almost a year after I last had Covid it feels like I’ve finally got my MTB mojo back. Trip to Wales recently was amazing and riding feels good again! To anyone struggling with Covid recovery - hang in there. ❤️‍🩹#brokenriders #mtb
