I had a Jaguar F-Type behind me, thinking he found an easy target before a long corner on the highway.
M3P on winter tires had other plans 😅
Suspension was in sport mode, and it felt really planted. Curious to find out what lowering springs would do to the feeling in this situation. The brakes felt a bit less confident after the corner I have to admit

@Junni Those should be as good as the Pzero’s. But not staggered I guess?
English

@broodro0ster Pzero's won't be used for now. My Vossen summer wheels still have the Michelin Pilot Sport 4S on it, so they will be abused first...if they are worn out, the Pzero's will replace them 😁
English

14 days and 648 km with Phoenix after 6+ years with Eleanor. Here's what actually matters in the 2019 to 2026 M3P upgrade, for me:
The Obvious (everyone's right about these):
• Sport seats: bit harder than the previous ones, but superb. Side support is night and day difference, and they look fantastic
• Build quality & NVH: no squeaks, no rattles (for now), better sound insulation. This is what refinement feels like and was my biggest issue with Eleanor
• High-speed performance: keeps pulling past 80 km/h where Eleanor started tapering off. LG 5M battery with the rear drive unit delivering
• Adaptive dampers: sport mode tightens everything up perfectly. Haven't explored it fully yet but loving the feature
• Ultra red + white interior: absolutely zero regrets. This combo is 🔥
The Underrated (surprised me most):
• Heated steering wheel: never thought I'd care. Current weather proved me wrong. Maybe it's just because I'm getting older 😅
• AMD processor: interface is dramatically smoother than Intel. Spotify experience alone makes this worth it
• Matrix headlights: adaptive lights works pretty well
• Auto trunk & proximity opening: small quality-of-life upgrade that I use frequently
• Auto-shift: just works (most of the time). Impressive how well the system predicts
• Ambient LED strip: nothing revolutionary but transforms the interior experience at night. Underestimated the impact of this
Still figuring out:
• Seating position: feels slightly higher than Eleanor (both at lowest setting). Not a complaint, just an observation
• Occasional hesitation: car sometimes holds back while driving. Not accelerating hard, just cruising. No AP/FSD. Returns to normal after a few seconds. Obstacle awareness is off. Anyone else experienced this?
• Subjective speed: it's faster on paper, but Eleanor felt more brutal < 80 km/h. Probably the combo of KW V3 suspension, road noise, and rawness. Need more sport mode time to fully experience Phoenix's character.
Track Mode v3 testing still pending 🏁

@DKasztelaniec @eivissacopter It's not fake. I plugged in the car for the first time at 49% and charging speeds were really good. But in the end it seems that the car can shift the curve a bit and that's it. When you plug in at 10%, the battery is already overheating at 50% and charge rate in only about 105kW
English

@eivissacopter @broodro0ster From a time perspective and more and more tests:
1. This charging curve is fake
2. He must have been provided with a different software.
At best, I have seen 110-115kW at around 50% SoC, haven't seen a single person posting anything higher

Performed by @broodro0ster in his 2025 M3P!
This looks even a little better than 2019 Model 3 Long Range 👍

English

@enhauto @Junni @TeslaNewswire Looks like the prayers have been heard. You can now press and hold the left scroll wheel to change the suspensions mode on the M3P and MYP in 2025.38. I tried it this morning. @enhauto does this make it easier to integrate this into the Commander?
English

@broodro0ster @Junni @TeslaNewswire Aren’t you using the left scroll wheel to change music volume and songs ? We cannot block one action to create another one. This will not be a good user experience.

Something new just released 👀 2025.38 now rolling out! @NotATeslaApp @TeslaNewswire
English

@Junni @eivissacopter @50 @80 @120 182,1Wh/km since I have the car. Drove about 2000km with it. I did a trip to Hasselt last week and it did 190Wh/km while driving 125km/h on the highway, but it pretty quiet. When going back there was a lot more traffic, so slowing down and accelerating all the time 210wh/km
English

@eivissacopter @50 @80 @120 I saw Bjorn’s range test and it seems higher than the M3P. So it looks like the MYP is only more efficient WLTP but not in reality.
English

@broodro0ster @50 @80 @120 That is likely because the M3PH uses the USA 497km EPA range based on ~79kWh usable during the test run. Your car now overshoots that capacity while keeping the US consumption.
The MYPO consumption constant is based on eithe legacy US MYP or a random number to show US EPA Range.
English

@enhauto @Junni @TeslaNewswire Yes ofcourse. I was talking about the native long press. It shows acceleration modes, but no suspension modes. I wish Tesla could add that. Or control the suspension via a S3XY button ;-) That would be even better.
English

@Junni @TeslaNewswire @enhauto I asked it on their Discord, but they said they can't. Not sure why tho.
Maybe profile switching would be a good fallback.
English

@broodro0ster @TeslaNewswire Yes! And perhaps @enhauto can integrate this as well for their buttons?
English

@eivissacopter @Achtenjeroen8 @50 @80 @120 Do you have an idea about the efficiency difference on M3P with caps and without aero caps? I'm driving around with no caps installed, just the small ones, but I'm guessing the difference would be quite small.
English

@Achtenjeroen8 @50 @80 @120 Should be 7-10% when using the legacy wheel change. Überturbines to Gemini. I am missing some data for the new 21" wheels.
English

Nederlands

@Junni @EFIEBER_ANDRE @broodro0ster A oke. Kwist niet dat de huidige “nieuwe” 3 performance ook opnieuw een nieuwe batterij heeft. Houden ze Nog altijd die 460pk aan ?
Nederlands

Had a quick meetup with @broodro0ster yesterday, to handover my Dragy for a couple of weeks. We will see some more metrics in the next few weeks with the LG 5M pack /cc @eivissacopter
Jasper Schoonackers@broodro0ster
@RoRoSeSe_ @GuusMeij @Achtenjeroen8 @eivissacopter 93% and not preheated. But it’s just data from Teslamate which only update every 0.5s. I would need dragy from a better comparison. I already know it’s better than the 5L which does 0-200 in 12.3 seconds or so
English

@GuusMeij @Junni @eivissacopter I think the M3P 2025 with LG 5L was around 480km at 100%. The new battery is about 5kWh bigger, so that’s about 30km.
English

@broodro0ster @Junni @eivissacopter My m3p 2019 started with 497km on screen (wltp was 530).
A few years later, range testing became more stringent.
So 512 is very nice!
