@livsnjutaredoll I purge with lax, vomiting, fasting, and exercise. But I exercise purge THE LEAST & I wish I exercise purgered more because at least it wouldn’t be as detrimental to my body as the laxatives, vomiting, and refeeding syndrome has been 😓 all purging is bad but hope it makes sense

I wish I was the bulimic who purges through forced vomit instead of walk/fast bulimic
