It’s World First Aid Day today. Would you know what to do in the event of a Cardiac Arrest? Check for a response. Call 999. If the person is not breathing, start CPR. 30 chest compressions and 2 rescue breaths, repeat. Use AED if there is one, follow its instructions carefully.
