Note how they carefully place individual pieces of garbage, one at a time. Were they doing something wrong or (in their minds) immoral, they would simply dump the bag and flee before anyone caught them. But they don't do that. They have put thought into this. If pieces are dumped one at a time, there is less chance of blockage. They see absolutely nothing wrong with what they are doing and consider it a good idea
