@longsworddevil Mappa will animate part 1 but they'll never touch part 2. Because part 2 is literally cancelled, it doesnt go anywhere. There is basically no story. If it had a part 3, it'd be different but for now, Chainsaw man got cancelled mid story. No studio would want to animate this.

@brourhim @youandbadmovies By what criteria art I think p1 is much better, execution p1 is much better, overall appeal p1 is better. P2 themes are more interesting, but the problem is due to fujimtoto art decline and over change of storytelling from early p2 some of the themes aren't executed as well.
