can we talk abt how human psychology works and how if someone in a leadership/superior position puts someone down, people feel empowered to do the same. meaning in the real world, robby’s behavior would open up mohan and alhashimi to bullying from more of their colleagues??

someone says, i find robby's treatment of mohan frustrating and awful to the extent that she could easily file an hr complaint. and here comes someone else saying, robby is burnt out and going through a mental health crisis and it's SAD that you have no empathy for him!!!

i love how shawn continues to accredit supriya as an actor and give recognition to how it was her performance in particular that made samira so beloved. it's a small gesture but it speaks volumes right now
