These two friends were horsing around at a friend’s home. They were playfully wrestling around when one of them picked up the other to throw them into the pool. He underestimated his throw and ended up slamming the back of the other boy onto the concrete edge of the pool, with the look on his face it was easy to see how injured he was, the other boy did check on him immediately even though the other teenagers didn’t. Given that the boy now has a serious injury, should the one that threw him in be liable for injuries or was it both their fault?

Hood up, crowbar (or whatever that long tool was) in hand, he spent over 20 seconds fumbling and prying at the front door like he had all night… Then the family’s watch dog said “NOT TODAY.” Dog came flying in, took him straight to the ground, and gave him a full taste of justice while the guy’s yelling “No, no! Stop, please stop!” in the background. Best home security system money can’t buy.
