There will be short notice changes to our timetable on Thursday 10th July. 60% of our timetabled services are planned to operate as normal. See our confirmed timetable below. Any changes will be communicated in advance. As always, we recommend checking before you travel. Ticket holders with ‘Hull Trains Only’ tickets for affected services can travel on any other Hull Trains service on the same date or the day either side of the affected date using existing tickets without having to change them. If alternative Hull Trains services are not suitable, we advise customers to purchase an alternative ticket. You can claim back the cost of your original ticket plus the difference between the cost of a new ticket and the original ticket. @CrossCountryUK 12.11 leeds to Birmingham absolute joke 4 car train and enough customers to fill 8 cars Why do we have to put up with this super over crowded service every week? Noted the train conductor is a credit to your company and has handled complaints very professionally

@CrossCountryUK No catering for the last 2 trains yesterday and today? Leeds to Birmingham Birmingham to Oxford Small 4 coach trains are packed, upgraded to 1st class on both trains, £280+ in tickets and not even a coffee is very steep ! Poor service 😠
