Bad Derby for me. Bummed, but it happens. Renegade ran huge and wins if he didn’t draw the rail. And if I’m gonna get beat, let it be to class connections like those of Golden Tempo.

Favorites have finished in the money in 18 of the last 19 Triple Crown Races (4 wins, 9 seconds, 5 thirds). The one that didn’t - Fierceness, who finished 15th in the 2024 Kentucky Derby. If you limit it to the Kentucky Derby, favorites have finished in the money in 12 of the last 14 Kentucky Derbies (6 wins, 4 seconds, 2 thirds), with Fierceness in 2024 and Improbable in 2019 the omissions...

New people who followed during the tournament for strictly wagering. Tail or don't tail. We all attempt to beat the shady books. Clowns blocked. Mostly a CBB/CFB/NBA/NFL account. Do play MLB win totals/futures. Will roll til the Finals daily and then will probably take 2 months off to recharge/get ready for CFB. Will def be slumps(example-January was gross) always about the long game/end of season numbers that are pinned. They get updated after the Finals. CFB starts new year. LOD is a double unit play.

The Most Dangerous Idiot In The Room Here is a man who once rang a New York newspaper under a fake name to tell them how extraordinarily wealthy he was. Not because he needed anything. Not because there was a point to be made. Simply because the silence in his own head had become unbearable without someone, anyone, confirming that he existed and that he was tremendous. Donald Trump is, by any reasonable measure, the most catastrophically self-regarding human being ever to be handed the nuclear codes. And I have met some truly spectacular idiots in my time. I once watched a man try to overtake a lorry on a blind corner in a Robin Reliant. Trump makes that man look like a careful, considered intellectual. The thing about genuinely dangerous people is that they are usually more threatening to their friends than their enemies. Trump has torched more alliances, betrayed more loyalists and humiliated more supporters than any foreign adversary could dream of. He opened Pandora’s box across the Middle East with the casual confidence of someone who has never actually read about the Middle East. Or anything else, for that matter. The plan, as far as anyone could tell, was to fly in, rearrange the furniture and leave with a deal so beautiful it would make your eyes water. What actually happened is what always happens when a man with no knowledge and no patience tries to solve a problem that has been fermenting since before America existed. Almost a billion people in allied nations looked at what was happening and reached the same conclusion simultaneously: this man is not well, we have nothing in common with him, and he understands nothing about anything. He calls himself a Christian. A deeply devout one, apparently. Although when asked his favourite Bible verse, he declines to share it. Because it is personal. Which is an interesting position for a man who has made absolutely everything else about himself a matter of loud, relentless, exhausting public record. The verse is personal. The fraud trials were not. The affairs were not. The bankruptcies were not. The fake newspaper calls were not. But the Bible verse. That stays between him and God. Which tells you everything, really. Broadcasters that are running hoaxes and news distortions - also known as the fake news - have a chance now to correct course before their license renewals come up. The law is clear. Broadcasters must operate in the public interest, and they will lose their licenses if they do not. And frankly, changing course is in their own business interests since trust in legacy media has now fallen to an all time low of just 9% and are ratings disasters. The American people have subsidized broadcasters to the tune of billions of dollars by providing free access to the nation’s airwaves. It is very important to bring trust back into media, which has earned itself the label of fake news. When a political candidate is able to win a landslide election victory after in the face of hoaxes and distortions, there is something very wrong. It means the public has lost faith and confidence in the media. And we can’t allow that to happen. Time for change!

Purdue -7.5 tonight. I know their D isn't what it's been recently, but Michigan State can really struggle on O. Last few road games- blown out at Wisconsin, lost at Minnesota and needed OT to beat a terrible SUNJ team. Good luck if tailing.

💔🇺🇦 “I Wanted an Abortion.” More Than a Dozen Ukrainian Women Say They Were Raped by Russian Soldiers — The New York Times Most asked not to be named NYT reviewed criminal cases and medical records related to many of the cases. — Nina said she was diagnosed with hepatitis C after being beaten and raped by a Russian soldier in her home. — Olha said she was stripped, groped, and forced to go to the toilet naked in front of Russian soldiers. — Yulia said that after her arrest in 2021 in the Russian-occupied part of Ukraine, Russian prison guards tied her naked to a table and threatened to rape her with a rubber baton. — On March 7, 2022, two Russian soldiers broke into the home of 53-year-old Lesya and her husband Oleksandr in the Kyiv region. One of them dragged her into a neighboring house. “He raped me immediately. The other shot my husband in the stomach and leg while they raped me,” Lesya says. And more….

Wake up. The war has started (c) It was morning. My girlfriend and I decided to sleep a little bit longer. But her mom called her and said: Honey, wake up. The war has started. I remember that I literally felt nothing. I don’t know why. I just hoped that I won’t be killed by Russian aviation while driving to the frontline using a train. It wasn’t loud in Lviv. It was just a regular morning. I had a breakfast. And while drinking a coffee I’ve watched video of Russian president talking about “denazification” and shit like that. I just thought: come and try. Took a taxi. Went to the military store. Bought different gear and spent 400$ of my own savings. Need to say that I came too late and bought the remainings. My GF (already a wife) told me for the first time that she loves (cause we have been dating for six months when the war has started) me and that she had zero doubts as to my decision to join the resistance. I remember that I told her to find a decent man and raise an honorable son. So I decided to skip all the trainings. Took a train to Dnipro and joined the 1st assault company that were not a part of the army till the end of May 2022. I had zero hope to survive. I thought that Russians will destroy and occupy us but in the future and we will win. I was partly right. We will win. And on this day we officially enter the 5th year of the war. And sometimes it seems that this war is an endless hell. But it will end. And I want to believe that we will come out of it stronger.

Glad to get the split yesterday. Like Iona +6.5 today. Iona games typically close, see if they can build off win vs St. Peter's. Beat Merrimack earlier in year at home and Merrimack basically has top seed/reg season title wrapped up.

In the end, the simple handicap was correct. Seattle was better everywhere and it played out that way.
