@CamGuthrie Although I’m generally the 1st to tout the ROI of our relatively high property taxes here in Guelph, the irony of being simultaneously notified that my taxes are going up…and…that a $13M+ budget surplus will “offset the need for future tax increases” isn’t lost on me.

Hey @SpaceXStarlink…hoping if you can clarify what you consider “rural” here in Canada? My off grid cottage is 100’s of KMs from the nearest urban centre and has a population density of about 1 person/“holy $H!T that’s not very many” but you still say it doesn’t qualify.

@CamGuthrie Step 1 for H&S should be, don’t have kids…kids are expensive. I’d like to vacation in the south of France but since that’s expensive, I’ll put it off for the time being. Note that I said “Step 1” (which indicates there are multiples steps) before losing it 😉
