@brumadam You would be entitled to a full refund of your tickets from your point of purchase if your booked train is not running, regardless of whether they are usually non refundable tickets. ^JM

@brumadam @AvantiWestCoast Had same issue from Glasgow to Euston at 1538. Not quite sure where train manager was. Horrible experience. It would have been better if I took standard ticket. My first class ticket was not cheap.

Got to love paying for @AvantiWestCoast first class for there to be no first class service (AGAIN), the air con blowing freezing cold, and the coach full of guys drinking bottles of vodka and beer, and boasting how they don’t have first class or even a ticket for an Avanti train

@AvantiWestCoast And I’m guessing nobody checking tickets sober have to just put up with those with standard tickets for WM Trains around us
