First, thank you to the fans in Brazil for the incredible support. It’s amazing to see fans who couldn’t get tickets still wait outside in the sun for hours just for a chance to see their favorite players. Regarding the situation: the streamer reached out to apologize to Chovy. We were clear to him that this crossed the line which he acknowledged as this wasn’t fair play or banter given the language barrier, and that the tweet immediately after a player gives his time for an interview missed the mark, which he also agreed. We as a team have decided we will move forward and focus on the tournament.

@trientediado @rafaelatomasi O maior x da questão é que entre nós é algo normal e cultural, mas até alguns brasileiros se sentem ofendidos quando tentam brincar sem ter intimidade saca? Mas os caras de lá são bem famosos em ter a personalidade fechada e menos emotiva, serem extremamente formais e etc..

A gente já vive em um nicho estigmatizado, era pra ser um lugar de acolhimento, não de chacota ou exclusão.
