I don’t usually talk about this, but I used to be way too skinny. The past 14 months I’ve been eating a lot more while exercising. I started at 55kg (at 184 cm), now I weigh 69kg. Still got a lot to work on, but it’s getting somewhere (don’t have a better before picture)
