It's true! Maldives have lost a fair share of the Cruiseships and Superyachts calls since last season! Alhamdhulillah, with the hard work of all our members and supporters the first Cruiseship for this 24/25 season will call in a couple of weeks. It’s late for the first Cruiseship to call and we see a decline in the Superyachts as well due to the unpleasant regulation passed last September 2023! However, we are thankful to the President @MMuizzu, his Minister @ifaisalofficial and his team at @MoTmv for seeing the damage and the commitment given to back track and finally amending the regulation to recover from the damage done! We thank @matimaldivesmv for standing by with us throughout the process and all others who worked with dedication to see this happen! With the new amended regulation we shall recover soon, IA.
