It is illegal to hit a minor that isn’t your child. That kid appears to be maybe 10yrs old or so. The kid’s behavior was certainly inappropriate but the kid did not pose a physical threat to the adult. Explain to the kid that what he did was inappropriate and unacceptable. Inform the parent and/or the school of the behavior and have the child removed from the bus. Move away from the child or look for an escape if you feel cornered by said child. “Popping” him is not smart at all.
