Social Security (a.k.a. old age pension) needs urgent reform in western countries in order to stay solvent. Denmark raised its retirement age to 70. United States is at 67 and the Social Security Trust fund runs out in 2033. Doing nothing is not an option!!!

In Consulting if you're not part of the solution, there is plenty of money to be made prolonging the problem. That changes in the federal contracting world. Federal contractors need to justify their value to get paid on existing contracts and be eligible for future awards. EPIC!!
