I did this Garry over 3 pivots in 3 years (W23).
At some point your conviction meter of being able to generate 100M in revenue runs out.
While it’s fun to build and I felt super lucky, at some point you miss higher leverage.

@thethiny @marckohlbrugge if the current user is an existing user logging in with omniauth, but in the meantime a different user signs up after the first User.count is stored, the current existing user will be treated as a new user and receive the email, because User.count will have been incremented

@herokustatus I’ve been saying this for years every time I get on the phone with you, but it’s been amateur hour over there for way too long and you’re focusing on the wrong things. We just want normal sized servers (4-8GB ram) and reliability (or at least transparency).
