I'm not saying he did a great job as Coyotes GM, but nobody in that gig had success and Chayka's stint in Arizona should not prevent him from another opportunity.

John Chayka has been deemed a terrible hire because he correctly recognized the Coyotes were a sinking ship through the illegal business practices of their owner, and instead of drowning with that franchise he tried to pursue an elevated role in Hockey? Did I miss anything!?
