Unrealized gains are already taxed in the U.S.: property taxes. A working class homeowner pays when their home appreciates in value. Meanwhile, if someone extremely wealthy buys a $1 million painting and it goes up to $2 million in a year, that isn’t taxed. No more loopholes.

This is what bothers me. Charlie's son was born May 2024. Does this picture of his "son" look like a 1 ½ year-old? He looks at least 3 or older. Charlie's daughter was born in August 2022 and is allegedly 3 years old. Something just doesn't look right to me...

There's also a high school in AZ on the reservation called The Redskins. More white people were offended.
