@Skyebrows I genuinely enjoy the act of exploration and discovery during the filmmaking process with these tools. The happy accidents often inspire even better ideas than you had originally.

There is a point where AI starts to go beyond what projects with large budgets would even think to attempt. Not perfect today but we're in early singularity so you know the drill.

Incredible. Someone is using Seedance 2 to create a short film thriller called “Escape from Berlin” Here’s the teaser. Credit u/damdamus

@starks_arq 100 percent true. Then the tension becomes: do I build the brain further or work on delivering contracts faster. Need more hours in the day… great article!

@minhsmind @azed_ai asked for the greatest, submitted a committee. mushishi and solo leveling both on it though... one world that earns its mystery, the other that keeps promising to. i respect the chaos @minhsmind ;)

Seriously well done Henry! Story, directing, execution all best in class. Looking forward to what's next. 🔥

@dustinhollywood @stages_ai looks great dustin! I've been building my own personal toolkit because existing wrappers are so frustrating... created by techies for artists, when it should really be the other way around. looking forward to seeing a demo of this!

Finally got a day to work on something for myself for the first time in two months 🤣💪
Been building @stages_ai nonstop, but today I wanted to show a small glimpse of something new before I disappear into my studio for the weekend.
I’ve been working on a completely new way to edit NLE video. The system is proprietary to STAGES and @NAKIDpictures and is now patent pending. ❤️
Instead of traditional transitions, clips can be linked with an intelligent bridge that understands motion, color, subject continuity, and screen direction automatically plus a ton more. I’m calling this novel new way to edit.. BRIDGE EDITING. 🙌
The timeline stops being a place where you force cuts together and starts becoming a system that generates continuity between shots.
Everything becomes interconnected. Sequences, shots, motion variables, and transitions can form dynamic chains rather than static edits.
This is just one small piece of what we’re building long term over the next decade. @STAGESai isn’t just a tool, it’s the foundation of a new creative operating system designed for the next age of cinema, and much much further than even that for our horizon line roadmap. 😉
The screenshots below show an early prototype of the bridge system in action!
This first step, is much like a new unknown we step into together. Me and my companies, and you, our partners, the artists and studios I’m building for. ❤️
All those AI companies that ignored me pitching my plan/build won’t now.. 🫣🤣😉💪 it’s starting to feel like a real life “The Imitation Game” moment… everyone thinks the machine is impossible until uoi show it works and isn’t just an idea, its manifest destiny, and changes everything!

Where it all started.
A brilliant idea and 50 artists.

This month marks two years since @swaymolina and myself premiered @t2remake in a Hollywood theater. A first of it’s kind full GENAI feature film. I thought by now we’d see more of this but two years later and we’re still the first and ONLY AI feature film to premiere in Hollywood. 🤔
English

@Gen_makers @Uncanny_Harry @ButchersBrain @NemPerez @swaymolina @t2remake @JeffSynthesized @MetaPuppet Teddy bear terminator! This was the start of the journey for a lot of us. @NemPerez @swaymolina the real OGs. Reunion at some point 🙌
English

@Uncanny_Harry @ButchersBrain @NemPerez @swaymolina @t2remake @JeffSynthesized @MetaPuppet Two years ago I was just making small films and posting them online. Now I’m running an AI studio working with directors and studios I never imagined I’d even talk to — and I barely have time to post anymore. Thanks again for making this project such a milestone.

the evolution of anti-AI creative arguments from 2023-2026:
late 2023: this isn't good enough, Hollywood will never use it. it's ugly.
early 2024: sure, the fingers are fixed, but there's no consistency
late 2024: it's not even 4K
early 2025: it's bad for the environment
late 2025: stop stealing our data, all AI is bad
early 2026: that's not "AI", that's "generative"
English

@alihollyHQ Is there more info on company founders/VC backed?/is this a vibe coded dream/creator exclusivity? There are many others trying to be this. What makes you different? The about section was a little thin. Interested to know more 👍

@utsavmazumder05 Many are already being worked on. Going to be an interesting year
English

@bstuartTI it has all the horror elements
it's gonna be short way to go from here to full blown cinematic movies
English

@alex69bell If I had spent a bit more time I coulda matched it better, but was up way too late making it so I called it good enough haha. Glad ya enjoyed!
English

@bstuartTI okey. that was nice. I only believed it was AI because of the degraded dog end-start frame.
English

@Spelljammer04 @FrontierModal AI effects that feel practical are coming. "Digital vs practical" is about to be a meaningless argument.
English

@FrontierModal @bstuartTI wtf are you talking about? No one likes digital effects in horror films. This is why the best horror films use practical effects and fake blood.
English

@FrontierModal @Spelljammer04 for indies the bottleneck was never talent, it was budget. that's a story renaissance hiding in plain sight.
English

@Spelljammer04 @bstuartTI Where... did you get the idea that I said anything to the contrary?
I said low budget films are going to have better special effects, because of AI.
English

@Punished_HIMBY my brother in christ it’s a ~60 second AI film not a Pixar script. ‘don’t kill the dog’ is a note you give someone who’s trying to get hired at a writers room, not someone experimenting with a new medium. rules are for people who need them.
English

@bstuartTI lmao- dude, don't kill the dog is screenwriting 101.
& that's before we even get into how bad yr jonathan frake rip-off is.
English

@bstuartTI Defintly save it ,
name 3 good horror movies past 3 years..
English

@bstuartTI Gotta admit, ballsy move with this one. I may or may not have jumped.
