When PA first introduced the tablets they also tried to ban physical books from prisons. Tablets can never replace books, but it's esp egregious when they're also charging for tablets... #prisonbannedbooksweek

At Monday's volunteer night, we stuffed envelopes w/surveys for the 400 people who have requested books from us at least 10 times. We want to know what our work means to them, what they'd suggest to improve it, and what they want to communicate to our donors and volunteers

Did you know most of our book requesters write to us again and again? One person (now released) even got books from us 46 times!
