Although it isn't an official Rune, it does belong to the lore of Bitcoin Puppets. It’s a community launched token by @DaemonWAGMI. KODA•FLUFFINGTON is an honorary created by the @nodemonkes team from the initial ''honorary-collection''. The Rune is also a community launched token by @raotosh1. Firstly, it’s important to note the current situation in the cycle. Many Runes are very short-lived, crashing after only a few days. On the contrary, Runes that do exceptionally well are always supported by their communities. They often resonate with larger ordinals communities through memes and cool/cute posts. I think both Runes have strong underlying communities, with the Bitcoin Puppets & Nodemonkes supporting “their” Rune. Longevity is what will ultimately make the difference in the Rune’s price. WEB3 in general is very much an attention game, fueled by community posts on the timeline. Personally, I dislike “𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐬” where an idea is more or less replicated 1:1. I feel like we saw many derivatives around April this year do well. There’s nothing original about riding a wave of hype based on what already exists. Gizmo & Koda, however, are very 𝐝𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭, in my opinion. Instead of just doing Pupper-Rune-2.0 or Node-monke-Rune, these actually extend the lore of the surrounding collections in a creative way. I don’t feel like these are “knock-offs,” as nothing like them existed beforehand. It all comes back to that fine line between inspiration & copying. TL;DR: I think both are cool, and people will choose based on community, memes, and lore. I believe both have the potential to survive with the ''big'' Runes.
