@Delta When you live near a smallish Regional airport (like @GSPAirport) you of course must make a connection to go almost anywhere. The upside? I leave the house just 55 mins from my departure time and board early!

How early do you actually get to the airport before your flight 👀✈️

@KessansBrian @Delta I feel you sir. I get that delays and cancellations happen. Sometimes that’s completely out of the control of the carrier. But, one thing is ALWAYS possible: To OWN issues when they arise and treat customers with dignity and respect. Of late, this is slipping too @Delta.

Hey @delta. As a loyal customer who Loves you, truly I do, it feels like you’ve lost your way. The past 5 months have been marked by delays, cancellations, and declining customer service. It’s not just me. I hear lots of fellow Diamonds saying the same. What’s up?

@DrRebeccaHeiss It's brain science, of course. Some, male brains especially, are wired to be attracted to female beauty. It's part of our God-given design (or evolutionary need to propagate the species as I think you put it in your presentation to my group years ago). Use your powers for good!
