@bubble 's AI agents teach us a lot about the questions users are asking, and the API Connector comes up often. That's not surprising, given that it's one of the more programming-adjacent parts of Bubble. That's why I've rewritten the API Connector guide from the ground up. The new version focuses on giving you a clearer mental model of how APIs work, what's happening behind the scenes when a call runs, and how to approach API provider documentation, as well as a more extensive guide to the different authentication methods. Did you notice this nice little @bubble update? You can now generate a presigned URL for private files. This means you can pass a view-only link to services like OpenAI, without the file needing to be public or converted to base64.
