The 65 who voted against the motion to refer (i.e., against blocking release of the reports) were 38 Republicans and 27 Democrats. Republicans included Mace (SC), Boebert (CO), Luna (FL), Mills (FL), Massie (KY), Roy (TX), Biggs (AZ). Democrats included McGovern (MA), Swalwell (CA), Grijalva (AZ), Pocan (WI).
