this is NOT me saying exercise purging is a good thing btw!!! i just know im not able to quit purging cold turkey and for me personally, exercise purging is way less harmful than vomit purging

it’s honestly so predictable but still kinda shocking to me that exercise purging instead of vomit purging has been this effective. AND it’s still harm reduction for me so im literally losing weight AND taking care of myself at the same time im so so happy w my progress
