Liquidity: Unified pools + LP/user maker incentives. Community operations: Focus on passive acquisition via event marketing/KOLs/partners (not search). Socialize with groups/sharing; build trust through transparent oracles/fast settlements.

@cryptopunk7213 I’ve been pessimistic for a while now. Retail investors are fixated on short-term profits, while the ‘survivors’ churn out endless conveyor-belt projects. They hire actors, employ people who lack passion for crypto, rush from blank slate to Alpha in just three months.

never seen the crypto market so exhausted. feels like everyone’s been dragged through the wringer for 50% of the year, then given hope for a month before being nuked to below bear market prices. then you look over at equities, AI and see a completely different story - people believing in crazy visions, shipping crazy shit (i watched a humanoid robot execute a perfect ballet pirouette today) talking about investing multiple bitcoin market caps into energy over the next few years. kinda makes you feel like the sleazy alley-dwelling salesman selling pocket watches out of his coat anyways the good news: - whoever tf is dumping btc is ultimately selling to stronger new hands (thank you Larry fink). The pensioners aren’t day trading. This is much needed maturity. - regulation is coming along as best we could hope. Coinbase acquiring a token launch pad and potentially offering compliant ICOs would’ve sounded insane to me 3 years ago. But now we have Brian lobbying DC every quarter - pretty awesome. - we have multiple breakthroughs apps outside of stablecoins gaining global traction. Prediction markets, perps and blockchain ipos are going to be big instruments used across web2/3 going forwards. I don’t care if the days of “everything up only” are gone - that was always going to happen. What matters now is if the industry chooses a slow death or finally breaks through. my guess (and portfolio) is fully betting on the latter. Not going to sweat the short term.
