This is bad, Wesker in 10.1.0 ptb got a change which shifts power hit checking from client to server which can result in you getting a hit on a surv but server saying otherwise and ending your power. With higher ping it gets way worse. This needs tweaks or revert @DeadbyDaylight

Shoulder the Burden and Deliverance are the only perks that justify a permanent broken status in the game.

Shoulder the Burden should make you exposed/broken for the remainder of the trial.

@DoctorMarik @worsteve96 It dosen't do that much tbh. If all killers didn't tunnel or camp, or went for 1 survivor after one. But ignored the last hooked survivor. Shoulder the burden wouldn't have any effect. But yeah it gives some effect, but at the same time. It is not OP. It is very situational
