@ByERussell @BarredinDC I was @tedsbulletin Noma for breakfast with the kids. A guy came in around 10am with his wife and kid, was very fit and had nunchucks on him. I was able to resist asking if he was a part of the Dragon Clan (he was in shorts and a T-shirt)

I’ve been very much a area code in parentheses guy but its pretty silly so this makes sense. My unrelated pet peeve is when people add standard or daylight (so est or edt) for no reason, just put eastern time

Well I am now thankfully past car-seat age on my kiddos, but I always found that lugging car seats around was a major hassle on top of everything else that goes into family trips, but maybe my game was just lacking! Nonetheless, I think a modest flat fee would be way more reasonable.

@capitalweather Is it normal to have that variation in levels around the metropolitan area (as opposed to a pocket over the city)? It seems like that would indicate a difference in pressure levels. Is that due to the city being warmer? The Potomac getting wider due to the Anacostia?

NEW: We've nudged up snow projections (for most).
Here's what we've changed based on our analysis of model data:
* We’ve increased totals north and west of downtown D.C. to 3 to 6 inches from 2 to 5 inches.
* We’ve increased totals from downtown D.C. southward to 2 to 4 inches from 1 to 4 inches.
* We’ve lowered totals along the Chesapeake Bay from 3 to 7 inches to 3 to 6 inches.
